Business Development Executive

Ultimately the individual within this role is responsible for delivering lead generation to reach the targets for the agreed area.  The role demands strong negotiating skills together with a tenacity to make a difference. The role is office based in Wakefield.

  • Key Responsibilities

  •       Daily management of internal prospect database

  •       Multi-touch lead generation to push through the company objectives of growth and profitability

  •       Ensure that all prospects are nurtured

  •       Identify and target new areas of prospective business

  • Key Skills Required

  •       Experience and proven track record of success in a sales support and customer facing position

  •       Ability to approach tasks from a process-driven perspective

  •       Strong negotiating skills

  •         Experience of successful multi-touch marketing campaigns.

  •       PC Literate with experience of the Microsoft Office Suite

  •       Focus on teamwork

  •       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Full product training will be provided.

Implementation Consultant

Responsibility for the successful implementation of the SAP Business One product within agreed timescales and to the complete satisfaction of our customer’s requirements. The role requires the ability to travel throughout the UK. 

  • Key Responsibilities

  •       Manage the total delivery of customer requirements both during and post implementation

  •       Organisation of project plans, project committees and project meetings for the customer

  •       Design and specification of customer enhancements and effective communication of requirements to the development team.

  •       Management and execution of training requirements

  •       Liaise with internal support to ensure customer's requirements are being satisfied effectively.

  • Key Skills Required (as a minimum)

  •       Ability to work on one’s own initiative whilst remaining a key team player

  •       Ability to clearly present and communicate at all levels

  •       Proven project management experience

  •       Strong customer facing experience

  •       Proven experience with an accounting and/or ERP system

  •       Commercially aware

  •       Commitment to absolute quality

  • Desired Skills

  •       Experience of SAP Business One Implementation or support

  •       Experience of SQL  

Application Support Consultant

Providing quality support to our customers and consultants via telephone, e-mail and the internet. The role is office based in Wakefield.

  • Key Responsibilities

  •       To provide Help Desk support to assist both our clients and colleagues when required to resolve or progress issues ensuring that relevant parties are kept updated, together with completion of  all necessary documentation

  •       Regular communication with our clients to ensure all parties concerned are kept up to date when issues arise

  •       Updating support records in internal systems and the SAP support portal

  •       Liasing with SAP as required to provide effective resolutions to support calls

  •       Actively seek and identify client training requirements and communicate the need to their internal Account Manager

  • Key Skills Required

  •       Ability to develop sound business relationships, maintaining trust with our clients

  •       Excellent communication skills at all levels

  •       Strong ability to work on one’s own initiative whilst remaining a key member of the team

  •       Ability to problem solve

  •       Proven experience of supporting customers with an accounting and/or ERP system

  •       Commercially aware

  •       Ability to multi-task whilst retaining absolute quality

  •       Experience of SAP Business One support

  •       Experience of SQL  

Analyst Programmer

C++, C# or VB combined with SQL will be your core competence. Developing new quality user interfaces to SAP Business One is the requirement. The role is office based in Wakefield.

  • Key Responsibilities

  •       To interpret specifications provided by the support department and produce quality developments on time.

  •       To assist the support department in problem solving development issues.

  •       Provide technical assistance to the support team with SQL Server and SQL language queries

  • Key Skills Required

  •       University Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field (Ph.D. a plus).

  •       Strong C++ , C# or VB skills within a Windows environment.

  •       Strong SQL Server and SQL query skills.

  •       To think "out of the box" and put forward suggested improvements to the package.

  •       Ability to work on one’s own initiative whilst remaining a key member of the team

  •       Enthusiasm for solving interesting problems

  •       Extensive experience of software development

  •       Commercially aware

  •       Ability to multi-task under pressure whilst retaining absolute quality

  • Desired Skills

  •       Experience of SAP Business One SDK (training will be provided where necessary)
